Price Concrete, Inc. (PCI) was contracted by Harvey-Cleary Builders (HCB) to complete the interior concrete renovation and exterior concrete site work package, designed to transform the Pearl Brewery into the EMMA Hotel. PCI worked hand in hand with the HCB "self-perform" division on the Cellars Phase 1 & 2, as an addition to the EMMA Hotel. The sub-grade under the brewery floors was excavated 7 feet further in depth. Flowable fill was poured to lift all previous elevations supporting 36" grade beams and a 6" concrete floor. The massive concrete stairways illustrated above, were poured over the San Antonio River with a concrete pump and system. Price Concrete, Inc. renovated the elevator shaft, capped numerous floors, patio decks and balconies inside and outside of the hotel. The ingress/egress stairways inside the 9 floor hotel were poured step by step using concrete buckets and system. Most of the restaurant bar ceilings, small slabs and rustic pads poured for the antique tanks and mechanical equipment, all exterior benches and the valet fountain were "board formed" to leave a rustic and irregular concrete finish. The project was managed by Silver Ventures Management Group.
Trianna is a residential development off Hwy 16 in Helotes, Texas. Trianna was developed by Israel Fogel, owner of Great America Companies. The development houses semi-custom homes built by numerous volume builders in San Antonio, TX. Price Concrete, Inc. was contracted to form and place the community sidewalks, retaining walls, detention pond drainage structures and a 2200 lineal foot drain channel routed through the development.
The Goodwill Recreation Center is located in Kerrville, Texas. Price Concrete, Inc. was employed by Yantis Utilities to erect the limestone block barrier walls and community pool area, as well as the park stairways and sidewalks.
Mannapov, LLC. is a Russian family owned tele-communications equipment recovery facility in Boerne, Texas. Price Concrete, Inc. excavated and constructed a service loading dock, after cutting through the existing concrete facility floor. A recessed structural floor was poured in place with 6' x 8" concrete walls and concrete curbs to enclose the loading dock.
Price Concrete, Inc. (PCI) was hired by Harvey-Cleary Builders (HCB) to construct a 6' suspended HVAC cooling tower for the La Cantera Hotel and recreation center. Also to assist the onsite concrete contractor to complete the courtyard sidewalks and fountains of the La Cantera Hotel. HCB hired Price Concrete, Inc. to form and pour "salt-finished" sidewalks, 6" concrete paving with hand-tooled curbs, a select finish pool deck(s), fountains and slab additions throughout the privately owned Casitas (Chalets) section of the hotel.
The Intel Building in Austin, Texas is located off of TX State Hwy Loop 1/MoPac. Turner Construction Company, constructed an additional technology wing for the Intel Corporation (IC), renovated the cafe and related offices.. Price Concrete, Inc was hired to cut and trench the building concrete flooring to reroute office lavatory and kitchen plumbing lines. The floors were poured back with a telescopic pump and a San Antonio based concrete crew after working hours. Outside of the building, a nitrogen pad and an elevated platform was constructed by Price Concrete, Inc. for a refrigerated coolant system with detailed multi-service laboratory specifications.
Price Concrete, Inc. was contracted by GRIFFIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY out of Fort Smith, Arkansas, to build and/or renovate (8) critical care nursing facilities in the state of Texas. The foundations are approx. 75,000 square feet (SF) w/ 78,000 SF of 6" concrete paving and related curbing. The facilities house 330+ nursing beds and required numerous ADA/Handicap Ramps compliant with the UBC building code restrictions. All engineered concrete drainage structures on each developed site were constructed by PCI.
Price Concrete, Inc. formed, poured and paved 13,000 square feet (SF) at the executive entrance to the Tesoro building in San Antonio, Texas. All public walks, ADA/handicap ramps and round-a-bout(s) paving were formed and poured in 2008 for Yantis Utilities and Harvey-Cleary Builders.
Price Concrete, Inc. was contracted by the San Antonio River Authority (SARA), through Journeyman Construction to construct (5) elevated fishing piers, public bus stops, park perimeter curbing, armored curbs, hand tooled grid patterned concrete walking trails, concrete benches and parking lot paving throughout Elmendorf Lake Park North in downtown San Antonio, TX.
