Price Concrete, Inc. (PCI) designed and lifted the driveway footprint 52" above existing grade. The newly constructed gravel pad was rolled and compacted to 95%, then poured with a 2% slope, compliant with the UBC and ADA building codes. The concrete driveway is 11,000 square foot (SF) with sidewalks added around the house. The concrete filled cinder block retaining wall sits on a reinforced structural concrete footing with 6' masonry columns and a stucco veneer finish with wrought iron fencing @ 125' in length.
